Document extract Notes of reply from the three Western Powers (19 November 1970) AMBASSADE DE FRANCE BONN, le 19 novembre 1970 L'Ambassade de France présente ses compliments au Ministère fédéral des Affaires Etrangères et a l'honneur, sur instruction de son gouvernement, de lui faire la communication ci-jointe. L'Ambassade de France saisit cette occasion pour renouveler au Ministère Fédéral des Affaires Etrangères les assurances de sa très haute considération. Ministère fédéral des Affaires Etrangères BONN Le Gouvernement français a l'honneur d'accuser réception de la note du Gouvernement de la République fédérale d'Allemagne en date du 19 novembre 1970 contenant le texte du traité entre la République fédérale d'Allemagne et la République Populaire de Pologne sur les fondements de la normalisation de leurs relations mutuelles, qui a été paraphé à Varsovie le 18 novembre. Cette note est ainsi rédigée; « Le Gouvernement de la République fédérale d'Allemagne a l'honneur de porter à la connaissance du Gouvernement français le texte ci-joint d'un traité entre la République fédérale d'Allemagne et la République Populaire de Pologne sur les fondements de la normalisation de leurs relations mutuelles, qui a été paraphé à Varsovie le 18 novembre.
